The Global Study Manager plays a vital role in Development Operations, guiding the execution of clinical studies from the initial protocol to study close-out. With over five years of experience, you'll manage vendors, ensure compliance with study timelines, and oversee budgetary tasks. You'll also support the planning of pivotal meetings and contribute to ongoing enhancements in study processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage oversight of study vendors

• Coordinate internal and external meeting planning

• Develop key study documents and track budget

• Conduct lessons learned and share best practices

• Monitor global study activities and recruitment efforts

Requirements:

• 5+ years of clinical research experience, 3 in lead roles

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• High initiative and proactive engagement

• Preferred: PMP certification
