Experienced Diesel Technician

Cummins is hiring an experienced Diesel Technician in Mississauga, ON. Develop your skills while working independently on engine repairs and mentoring talented junior staff.

The Truck and Coach Technician (310T) position offers an opportunity to perform complex repairs and overhauls in a workshop setting. You will coach less experienced technicians, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain organized service records. This role requires advanced knowledge of engine products and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently repair engine products in the workshop

• Apply diagnostic tools for efficient maintenance

• Keep detailed logs of serviced vehicles

• Coach junior technicians and provide mentorship

• Follow Cummins’ safety and environmental policies

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Truck and Coach (310T) License required

• Minimum five years of relevant repair experience

• Proven ability to handle complex engine repairs

• Expertise in aftertreatment systems

• Clean motor vehicle report is essential
