Labourer – Full-Time

Traditional Cut Stone is a leader in architectural conservation and historic stone restoration, contributing to some of North America’s most significant stone buildings including universities, cathedrals, and government buildings. With 45,000 square feet of workspace and the largest team of traditional stone carvers under one roof in North America, we take pride in our craftsmanship and the large‑scale restoration projects we’ve completed—such as the Minnesota State Capitol, Toronto’s Old City Hall, and St.

Michael’s Cathedral.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a specialized trade environment and support skilled stone cutters/carvers in daily shop and site operations.

• Assist stone cutters/carvers and restoration specialists with daily tasks
• Perform general labour duties such as moving materials, cleaning work areas, and preparing tools
• Support shop operations and help maintain a safe, organized workspace
• Follow direction from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team

• Robust work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical labour and work in a shop environment
• Ability to reliably commute to Mississauga, ON, or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Salary: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM;
Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
