Holland Equipment Operator

As an Equipment Operator, you report directly to the Operations Manager. You will be required to operate equipment efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime. Completing necessary paperwork and adhering to safety measures are critical components of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Holland equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment readiness

• Complete all required safety and operational paperwork

• Work in varying outdoor weather conditions

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old with a High School diploma

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems

• Good interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Ability to complete pre-employment testing
