Penske is seeking an experienced and licensed Diesel Truck Technician to work from Tuesday to Saturday in our modern facility. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain various diesel truck equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency. The position demands expertise with minimal supervision, preparing you for exciting projects and a rewarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance services on diesel trucks
• Identify and document warrantable repairs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Road test vehicles for diagnosis and repair confirmation
• Use hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance
Requirements:
• 5+ years of practical experience in truck maintenance
• Provincial License (Red Seal/310T) mandatory
• Class D or 3 driver’s license with air brake certification
• Proficiency in diagnostic and hand tools required
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions
