Wajax is looking for a dedicated Heavy Equipment Shop Technician with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy equipment and serve customers both in the shop and on-site. Strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude are essential for supporting our customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and diagnose equipment servicing needs

• Communicate with equipment owners for service authorizations

• Repair and maintain heavy equipment on-site and in-shop

• Recondition engine and hydraulic components as needed

• Update and maintain accurate service records

Requirements:

• Trade certification or Red Seal status required

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience

• Proficient in verbal and written communication

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to Health & Safety training
