Position: Division Lead for HVACr Systems
Take charge as the HVACr Division Lead with Due North Mechanical, under Merit Ontario's guidance. This role combines technical skills and leadership to enhance our HVAC division's operations.

In this position, you will manage installation, service, and mentoring within a dynamic team. Your experience with HVAC systems and gas licensing will contribute to establishing and growing our customer base effectively. Leadership is vital to shaping the future of the division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle installation and servicing of HVACr systems

• Grow the division from a solid existing customer base

• Direct, manage, and develop a capable crew

• Shape supplier relationships and service offerings

• Work on expanding the business and attracting clients

Requirements:

• Valid 313A Refrigeration Systems Mechanic license

• G2 or G1 gas license is required

• Significant HVACr experience is essential

• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities

• Ontario driver’s license with a clean record
