If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves staying organized, and enjoys supporting a fast-paced team, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in keeping our Group Sponsor Program running smoothly while supporting strategic initiatives that continue to grow and strengthen the program.

Your work may include:

Coordinating apprentice registrations, documentation, and onboarding activities.

Tracking apprentice progression, levelled schooling, training hours, certification milestones, and employer information.

Following up with apprentices and employers to ensure important deadlines and program requirements are met.

Assisting with reporting, compliance, meetings, events, and special projects.

Collaborating with Skilled Trades Ontario, educational institutions, employers, and the Merit Ontario team to provide an outstanding client experience.

What You’ll Bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and helping others succeed.

You bring:

1-3 years of experience in administration, program coordination, customer service, education, workforce development, or a related field.

Outstanding organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), digital systems, and AI tools.

Experience with Ontario's apprenticeship system is an asset but not required.

When you join us, you'll enjoy:

Comprehensive health and wellness benefits from day one.

Access to employee supports and resources that help you thrive both personally and professionally.

Meaningful work that directly impacts apprentices, students, and employers across Ontario.

Opportunities to learn, grow, and develop your career within a purpose-driven organization.

A supportive team that is invested in your success and well-being.

A hybrid work environment that supports work-life balance.
