Compensation: $42.00 $ 45.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Day Shift or Afternoon Shift Available

We are seeking an experienced T Truck & Coach Technician to join a growing maintenance team supporting a large fleet of construction, transportation, and winter maintenance equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairsDiagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and air brake systemsTroubleshoot DEF and emissions-related issuesComplete repairs on steering, suspension, brake, and drivetrain componentsUtilize diagnostic software and computerized troubleshooting toolsPerform component replacement and system repairsSupport seasonal snow and ice operations by maintaining plows and winter maintenance equipmentComplete service documentation and maintenance records accuratelyWork safely and efficiently in both shop and field environmentsAssist apprentices and junior technicians as requiredQualifications
Required
Valid T Truck & Coach Technician LicenseMinimum 3 years of relevant mechanical experienceStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilitiesValid G Driver's LicenseAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong commitment to safety and quality workmanshipPreferred
Construction equipment maintenance experienceHeavy equipment repair experienceFleet maintenance backgroundSnow and ice equipment maintenance experienceRoad construction or paving industry experienceTechnical Skills
Successful candidates will have experience diagnosing and repairing:
Diesel Engine SystemsHydraulic SystemsElectrical SystemsAir Brake SystemsDEF and Emissions SystemsSteering and Suspension SystemsComputerized Diagnostic SystemsCandidates should be comfortable performing intermediate to advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on both on-road and off-road equipment.
