Thermal Field Service Representative

In this role, you will perform service and installation tasks for HVAC systems as a Field Service Representative. You'll communicate with customers, technical support, and your direct manager. Your goal is to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction while adhering to safety and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and phone support for HVAC issues

• Implement scheduled maintenance and field change notices

• Maintain communication with the Customer Response Center

• Record accurate reports of service activities

• Strive for first-time fix on customer equipment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or HVAC Trade Credentials

• 3-5 years relevant industry experience

• Proficient in electrical test equipment

• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
