HVAC Field Service Representative

Drive customer satisfaction as a Field Service Representative for Vertiv in Mississauga, ON. This HVAC role requires on-site service, installations, and troubleshooting for Liebert cooling products.

At Vertiv Canada ULC, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and installations of HVAC systems. Your experience and expertise in the field will ensure seamless operations and excellent rapport with customers. Additionally, you will communicate regularly with the Customer Response Center and maintain safety standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and phone assistance to customers

• Conduct routine maintenance and service for Liebert products

• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines at all times

• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation for tasks performed

• Strive for first-time fixes and customer satisfaction rates

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or HVAC Trade Credentials

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience

• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and repairs

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
