Skilled Labourer

Monday – Friday 10 AM – 8 PM

We are looking for a reliable, high-performing Skilled Labourer to join our team. You will be expected to perform tasks that require specialized knowledge—such as basic carpentry, concrete finishing, or operating light machinery.

The Skilled Operator will support the lead Construction Supervisor and Civil Construction Supervisor in the execution of daily tasks while maintaining a rigorous commitment to site safety and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and identify any potential hazards.
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Understanding site plans an asset.
• Able to communicate and work effectively with others. This includes communicating
  respectively with the public in residential work sites. Soft Skills & Physical Requirements
• Ability to consistently lift, carry, and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs (23 kg) independently.
• Capable of frequent kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing (ladders, scaffolding, or uneven terrain) while carrying tools.
• Capacity to work in high-demand environments, including extreme heat, cold, wind, and rain, while wearing full PPE (Hard hat, steel toes, fall arrest harness).

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Education: Secondary School / Training (preferred)

Experience: 2 years in Construction (preferred)

Licence/Certification: Valid Driver’s Licence (Clean Driving Abstract Required)

Work Location: In person (County of Renfrew)
