Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews on residential and commercial insurance claims
Assign duties and work alongside the crew to complete pack‑outs, inventories, moving, storage, and pack‑back activities
Ensure accurate documentation, photographs, and inventory records for every job
Communicate with the insured, explain the contents process from start to finish, and address their questions and needs respectfully
Train, mentor, and motivate team members
Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service
Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Operations
Ensure all work is completed safely and on schedule
Operate company vehicles and equipment responsibly
Assist with storage and warehouse operations as required
Mandatory Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying items
Comfortable working in residential homes and commercial properties
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Professional and respectful demeanor with clients
Comfortable with tablet‑based documentation and photo capture
Preferred Qualifications (Assets) Prior experience leading or supervising a crew in a hands‑on field
Experience in contents restoration, moving, warehousing, or insurance claims
Familiarity with pack‑out / pack‑back procedures
IICRC certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Forklift or warehouse experience
Experience with digital inventory or claims documentation platforms
