This role blends technical operation with staff supervision, focusing on both small sessions and large events. As the Technical Lead, you will oversee equipment setup and maintenance while fostering a culture of excellence among technicians. Strong collaboration with clients and the internal team will be key to achieving goal-oriented results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise audiovisual equipment setup and breakdown
• Address and fix technical issues during events
• Build rapport with clients through effective communication
• Support mentorship and training for junior staff
• Ensure proper equipment security and management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in customer service or hospitality
• Certification in Technical 1-Star required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
