Intelcom | Dragonfly is looking for a passionate Team Lead for its automated maintenance team. Your responsibilities will encompass direct maintenance execution, team coordination, and strategic maintenance planning. With a focus on efficiency and reliability, you will work closely with technicians while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on systems

• Directly coach and support maintenance staff on tasks

• Schedule and oversee planned maintenance activities

• Coordinate spare parts management and vendor relations

• Act as a liaison for operational needs with technical solutions

Requirements:

• Recognized trade qualification in Electromechanics or equivalent

• Hands-on experience with sortation and conveyor systems

• Familiarity with both mechanical and electrical diagnostics

• Effective communicator with team leadership skills

• Ability to prioritize in fast-paced settings
