Certified 433A Millwrights can troubleshoot critical equipment at Cascades in Mississauga. Apply mechanical expertise within a safety-focused manufacturing environment.
This full-time Industrial Millwright position supports equipment reliability and operational excellence will troubleshoot production equipment, hydraulic systems, and pumps while completing inspections and preventive maintenance. The work also includes CMMS updates, repairs, and continuous improvement practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve production equipment failures
Perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic systems and pumps
Use Root Cause Analysis to improve equipment reliability
Process work orders through the CMMS system
Follow lockout/tagout and pre-risk assessment procedures
Requirements:
Industrial Millwright Mechanic 433A certification or Red Seal endorsement
Certificate of Apprenticeship
Minimum two years of experience
Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety requirements
Bring certified millwright expertise, preventive maintenance skills, and safe troubleshooting practices to Cascades equipment operations in Mississauga.
