• Visit customer sites to troubleshoot and diagnose forklift issues.
• Work on a wide range of material handling equipment featuring industry-leading technology, including both electric and internal combustion (IC) forklifts.
• Complete repairs efficiently, with a focus on safety,quality, and reliable results.
• Complete work orders and clearly document diagnostics,repairs, and parts used.
• Manage your daily schedule and service van inventory to maximize efficiency and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Training in automotive mechanics, industrial mechanics, electromechanics, or a related field.
• A valid driver’s licence appropriate for operating the service vehicle in Ontario.
• At least one year of experience repairing forklifts orsimilar equipment.
• Strong English communication skills, both written andspoken. French is an asset.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• A commitment to safe work practices.
• Organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
• The ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Clear communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Resourcefulness and the ability to adapt when challenges arise.

• Work location: Filed-based, working out of our branch in Mississauga
• Equipment provided:
• Laptop;
• Workwear.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility and weekends off.
• Compensation: Up to $47/hour
  , depending on your training and experience.
