Remote Printing Equipment Service Specialist

Keep complex printing solutions operating remotely for Canon Canada customers, using maintenance expertise and strong analytical troubleshooting skills. Ottawa coverage requires rotating on-call availability.

As a Service Technician, you will support Canon Canada’s customer base across Ottawa. Your responsibilities include corrective and preventative maintenance for printers, related equipment, and software. You will also complete installations, deinstallations, relocations, escalations, and technical training while meeting customer Service Level Agreements.

• Service printer systems at customer sites and across the region
• Complete installations, deinstallations, and equipment relocations
• Analyze equipment issues and troubleshoot complex systems
• Build customer relationships and maintain excellent satisfaction
• Obtain training on current PPS technical requirements

• Electrical or mechanical studies through degree or technical school
• Some technical service experience and mechanical inclination
• Excellent project and process management abilities
• Exemplary time management and multitasking skills
• Reliable internet connection for remote work
