Job Summary
As a Regional Sales Director (OTE $140-170k), you’ll own the entire sales cycle, driving revenue growth by prospecting your own territory and delivering results. You’ll build and manage a book of business, leveraging your expertise in healthcare SaaS, devices, or pharmaceuticals to connect with clients and deliver tailored solutions. This role is for a results‑oriented sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and must have a HUNTER mindset.
You will negotiate and close software and marketing subscriptions.
- Own the sales cycle: drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, high‑impact demos, and closing deals within your territory.
- Showcase value: deliver tailored software demonstrations, highlighting how our solutions improve efficiency for private‑pay aesthetic and healthcare practices.
- Build strong relationships: establish trust with clinic and med spa owners, physicians and nurses in cosmetic surgery, dental, and vision care.
- Exceed sales targets: consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to Boomerang
FX’s growth. - Collaborate cross‑functionally: work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine strategies and enhance the client experience.
- Tailor strategic solutions: leverage your understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising to engage clients, align solutions with their needs, and demonstrate value.
- 5+ years of solution‑selling experience with a proven track record in healthcare SaaS, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
- Experience with short sales cycles.
- Industry knowledge: familiarity with med spas, private‑pay healthcare, best practices, and regulations.
- Tech‑savvy: proficiency in Hub Spot CRM, including email automation, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
- Digital marketing acumen: strong understanding of paid advertising strategies and their role in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Exceptional communication and sales skills: clear, persuasive, professional verbal and written communication; ability to overcome objections, negotiate, and close high‑value deals.
- Self‑driven and goal‑oriented: results‑focused mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Education:
bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Compensation & earning potential: base salary $70,000–$85,000 per year, with on‑target earnings of $140,000–$170,000 and uncapped commission if you exceed your targets.
