You will play a critical role in managing accurate, timely payroll and accounting processes:

• Post invoices and ensure payroll-related entries are accurate
• Reconcile statements and balance accounts
• Disburse checks and finalize payroll data
• Prepare accounts for payment and verify system data
• Follow up on past-due accounts and returned checks
• Maintain accuracy and compliance within dealership systems

This role is for seasoned professionals with proven experience:

• Extensive experience in payroll and accounting operations
• Strong background using a Dealership Management System (DMS) and payroll platforms
• Prior AR/AP experience within an automotive dealership strongly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Confident communicator who works well independently and within a team
• Accounting degree preferred
