How You'll Make an Impact- Maintain project document control procedures for incoming and outgoing records.
- Process customer drawings and test reports using DMS, SharePoint, email, and other platforms.
- Compose, organize, and distribute instruction manuals.
- Verify customer contact details and document formatting accuracy.
- Manage electronic filing systems to ensure high-quality storage and retrieval.
- Review documents for compliance with company and client standards.
- Track nomenclature, maintain version control, and generate status reports.
- Support audits, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework in records management is a plus.
- Experience with document handling or administrative support is helpful but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort working with digital platforms such as SharePoint, document management systems, or similar tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness to learn quality system requirements and follow established procedures.
