Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant serves the guidance counseling/administrative staff by processing and maintaining accurate school and student records and completing other tasks necessary for the guidance counseling office.

Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain accurate school/student records.
  • Assist the guidance counseling office by completing various administrative tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the guidance counseling/administrative staff.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Computer knowledge and skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
Required Documents
  • Act 34 PSP Criminal Record Check.
  • Act 114 FBI Criminal History Check.
  • Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance.
  • Act 24/82 PDE 6004 form.
Salary

Up to $18.25 per hour, commensurate with the collective bargaining agreement.

Position Type

Full-Time.
