Travel Coordinator

ZA Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator to join our team in Mendenhall, Mississippi. This role provides essential administrative support and coordinates employee travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental vehicles. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills, advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, and the ability to respond to emergency travel needs after hours.

Availability to work nights and weekends as needed is required.

• - Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• - Research and negotiate rates with hotels and other hospitality providers to ensure cost-effective travel options.
• - Communicate with employees to gather travel preferences and requirements.
• - Provide recommendations and suggestions for travel itineraries based on budget and preferences.
• - Handle any changes or cancellations to travel plans, ensuring minimal disruption to employees' schedules.
• - Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and expenses.

• - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• - Proficient in using travel booking software and online reservation systems.
