Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Are you a driven and customer-focused individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our Nissan South Mississippi team.

• Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding their vehicles
• Inspect vehicles and provide accurate estimates for necessary repairs and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure all work is completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations
• Keep detailed records of all service and repair work performed

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
