Position: AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC
Location: D'Iberville

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles. If you have a passion for automotive repair, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent technical skills, we would love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of vehicles
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, remove and replace engines and transmission, water pumps, engine timing, a/c, and heater cores
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each service performed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
  • Having your own tools is a MUST
  • VALID Driver's License required.
  • Our Service Tech's are paid Hourly vs Flat Rate
  • Strong willingness to learn, take direction to task, and grow.
  • Maintain a positive dynamic attitude with the ability to recover quickly from setbacks.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Full-time
  • Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts
  • No weekends.

Requirements

Experience:
  • Previous experience as a service technician
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance techniques
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certified Automotive Technician: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Automotive Repair: 1 years (Preferred)
  • Mechanic: 2 years (Preferred)
