Commercial Superintendent

Codaray Construction is looking for a Superintendent to run commercial jobsites across the region, including Hattiesburg, Jackson, and surrounding areas. Travel Required.

What You'll Own

• Full control of day-to-day field operations
• Driving schedule, safety, and quality from start to finish
• Leading subcontractors and maintaining accountability
• Partnering with PMs to deliver on-time, on-budget projects
• Creating a jobsite culture that reflects integrity and excellence

What You Bring

• 10+ years in construction, 7+ years leading jobs
• Strong commercial construction experience
• Deep understanding of scheduling, safety, and field execution
• Willingness to travel across South MS
