APAC Tennessee, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator/Lead person to safely operate heavy equipment for road and site construction near Memphis, MS. The role requires teamwork, strict safety adherence, and ability to train less-experienced staff at various job sites.
The candidate will perform daily inspections, follow Foreman directions, and assist with minor maintenance while supporting other crew members and general labor tasks as needed.
