• Ticket & Pass Processing: Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, selling tickets, operating POS, following PCI procedures, processing season passes, and validating online tickets or coupons.
• Admissions: Scan passes, tickets, and wristbands, issue additional materials, check bags, monitor exits, maintain a clean main gate, replenish maps, and preserve park items.
• Guest Relations: Delight guests by addressing questions via email, phone, and in‑person, directing requests to appropriate managers, and relaying relevant information through radio communication.
• Assist other departments and perform additional duties as instructed by leadership.

• No education requirement.
• Must be at least 16 years old to comply with NH Child Labor Laws.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the scheduled shift.
• Comply with all uniform policies.
• Possess exceptional customer service skills, including resolving questions, problems, and concerns in a positive and professional manner.
• Speak directly with guests while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
• Follow direction, multi‑task, and work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English;
  Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

• Stand, walk, and remain on feet for the majority of the workday; occasionally stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shoulders.
• Remain sedentary for periods while using a computer or POS equipment.
• Carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 20 pounds or more.
• Work both in an office setting and outdoors, with variable temperatures, high heat, cold, direct sun, humidity, dust, rain, loud noise, flashing lights, and heavy crowds.
• Frequent interruptions and request reprioritization of activities.
