Customer Service

• Fulfills responsibilities in a caring manner with members, community members, staffs, and guests.

Office Operations

• Performs front desk operations and child care attendant as requested.
• Answers and responds to incoming telephone calls and inquiries.
• Performs all related new member responsibilities.
• Performs point of sale and pro shop operation.
• Schedules new member enrollment appointments.

Marketing

• Responsible for providing information on all special programs for individual and corporate memberships.
• Accountable for providing information on individual and corporate memberships.

• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proven communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with management, professionals, and general public.
• Experience in customer service.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Must have knowledge and skills needed to proficiently serve the people with a caring attitude.
• Basic computer and clerical skills.

You must have a High School Diploma, GED, or Project Search Graduate or higher.
