• DDS or DMD from an ADA-approved dental institution
• Up-to-date CPR and BLS credentials
• Background in clinical settings or private practice, whether entry-level or established
• Excellent skills in verbal and written professional interactions
• Initial-year salary assurance of $205,000 or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is higher
• From the second year, compensation at 31% of adjusted production
• $20,000 sign-on incentive
