Location: Crystal Springs
Join as a Dental Hygienist to provide compassionate, high-quality dental care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include- Performing scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride treatments, and other procedures under dentist supervision
- Offering same-day care to enhance patient experience
- Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene practices
- Assessing dental conditions, reviewing medical histories, and guiding patients through treatments
- Assisting with charting, taking and filing x-rays, and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Current state Dental Hygienist license
- CPR/BLS certification from recognized organizations, including hands-on skills assessment at hire
- $45-55/hour plus uncapped production bonuses
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) with match
- PTO, paid holidays, flexible scheduling, and continuing education reimbursement
- Company-paid certifications such as CPR, radiology, and nitrous oxide training
