Schedule:

Immediate start upon credentialing completion

Flexible schedule available

Two physicians needed

Patient Volume/Census:
Approx. 19,000 annually (~52/day)

Support Staff Available: 10 hours daily of NP/PA coverage

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses:
Active Mississippi license required

Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine or relevant specialty

DEA:
Active DEA Certification required

Certifications:

BLS, ACLS preferred

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of ED experience preferred

Other

Qualifications:

Proficiency with Epic EMR strongly preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide emergency care to a diverse patient population

Work 12-hour shifts alongside NP/PA support

Accurately document all encounters in Epic

Collaborate with nursing and advanced practice staff

Adhere to hospital policies and emergency care protocols
