Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Teacher at SYLVA-BAY ACADEMY INC., located in Bay Springs, MS. The Certified Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective instruction, evaluating student performance, and providing support to foster academic growth. The role will also involve maintaining classroom management, collaborating with colleagues and parents, and participating in school activities and training programs.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Lesson Planning, Teaching, and Education
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in Training and mentoring students with diverse learning needs
- Ability to foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment
- Certification in the relevant subject area or ability to obtain certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Prior teaching experience is advantageous but not required
