Vos Missions En Quelques Mots

The role aims to provide guidance and support to children during after-school times, ensuring their safety, well-being, and the quality of the activities offered. It also includes duties related to the maintenance of communal buildings. The working time is annualized based on 28 hours per week to adapt the presence of the staff to the needs of the after-school service and the periods of building maintenance.

Housekeeping of the school, canteen, town hall, gite, community hall, and common living area.

After-school activities and supervision of children.

Laundry care.

Ensure the supervision and animation of children during school meals.

Supervise children during the journey between school and the canteen.

Ensure the count of attendance.

Ensure the hygiene of children.

Set up activities adapted to lunchtime.

Ensure the supervision and animation of children during after-school activities / morning and/or evening daycare.

Supervise children during the journey between the classroom and the daycare.

Ensure the count of attendance.

Organize games, activities according to the needs and desires of the children.

Propose activities related to the educational project of the territory (if applicable).

Ensure the link with families.

Maintain municipal buildings (school, town hall, community hall, etc.).

Ensure the constant cleanliness of the premises, furniture, and equipment used.

Ensure the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities.

During school holidays, participate in thorough cleaning (classrooms, sanitary facilities, games, equipment, etc.).

Organize work methodically according to the schedule and oral or written instructions.

Handle and carry materials and machines.

Vacuum, sweep, wash, dust rooms, surfaces, ceilings.

Respect the conditions of use of products.

Check the state of cleanliness of the premises.

Verify the state of cleanliness of the premises.

Respect the required discretion during interventions in occupied premises.

Detect anomalies or malfunctions and report them to the competent professionals.

Perform routine maintenance and tidy up the equipment used.

Clean equipment and machines after use.

Methodically put away products after use (especially separating toxic products from others).

Control the supply of equipment and products.

Verify the quantity and quality of products.

Identify signs of product expiration.

Place orders and forward them to the administrative service.

Training and qualifications:

First aid training.

Professional and technical skills:

Knowledge of child development (emotional, physical, and motor).

Knowledge of hygiene and safety principles.

Knowledge of animation techniques.

Knowledge of safety gestures and postures.

Ability to detect anomalies or malfunctions and report them to service managers.
