Overview

English Teacher position at Bishop McLaughlin Catholic High School in Pasco County, FL. This is a full-time role for the  school year.

• Commitment to the ministry, philosophy, and goals of Catholic education.
• Bachelor’s degree in English or related field.
• Valid Florida Department of Education Professional Certificate or Statement of Eligibility in English (grades 6-12).
• Proficiency with instructional technology.
• Master’s degree and teaching experience in all levels of high school English, including Advanced Placement, are preferred.
• Familiarity with standards-based assessment, classroom technology integration using Chromebooks, and the ability to facilitate the school Yearbook and teach other high school subjects would be advantageous.
