This position will assist the Head Coach in the leadership and supervision of the student-athletes in the athletic program that has been assigned to him/her. The individual may also have teaching assignments or other duties assigned and will be responsible for assisting in the supervision and/or controlling of his/her players’ behavior in the residence halls.
Soccer execution knowledge. Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office applications, good written and verbal communication skills, knowledgeable of basic first-aid techniques.
2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge Athletic Culture, MACC and NJCAA Regulations.
Also:
- Support the College Vision and Mission in the daily execution of all duties and responsibilities.
- Actively participate in maintaining and effective, compliant and continuous recruiting program.
- Participates in Institution Effectiveness Acuities.
- Represent the College in a profession manner as evidenced by dress, demeanor and the discharge of daily responsibilities.
- Fulfills other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director and/or President.
