Position is located at the South MS Correctional Institution in Leakesville MS.

This position is located in the SMCI Programs Department. Supervisory Educational Program position accountable for overseeing the development, scheduling, and delivering educational and other related programming. Communicates with multiple stakeholders including producers, regulators, and the community. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training oversight; performance assessment, coaching, and disciplinary recommendations. Supervision at this level also requires these employees to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen.

Follow MSPB and MDOC Policy and Procedures. Education driven. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications Typically requires a relevant Master's Degree, certification, and 4+ years of experience.
