A minimum educational requirement of Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related area that includes a minimum of six (6) classes focusing on infant/toddler development.
Two years experience in preschool classroom with ability to adapt curriculum to meet the needs of all children including at-risk, special needs, gifted, and culturally diverse populations.
Oral and written communication skills which facilitate and support positive feedback from parents and between staff at all operational levels. Ability to relate to clients from diverse populations.
Strong computer skills to include spreadsheets, databases, presentation and word processing.
Employment contingent upon the results of the following:
