As an Industrial Engineering Co-Op
, you will be responsible for performing time studies, creating/updating work instructions, and maintaining other process/product‑related documents. They will also be responsible for assisting with Kaizen events and other activities that support the day‑to‑day operations of the electronics plant. The main purpose of this position is to assist Hunter Electronics’ department with its Industrial Engineering needs.
This position is for a Summer/Fall 2026 Co‑Op, with a start date of May 2026 and running through the fall semester.
What You’ll Do:- Develop/update work instructions.
- Make updates to the plant layout as necessary.
- Work with operators/management to identify improvement opportunities for the factory.
- Assist with other activities to support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the plant.
- Major study in Industrial Engineering.
- Senior or 2nd semester Junior; prior co‑op experience strongly preferred.
