As a Specialist, Engineering Documentation
, you will serve as a liaison between cross‑functional teams to facilitate and create work instructions
- Serve as liaisons between SMEs, manufacturing, quality, and engineering departments.
- Facilitate creation and revision of work instructions and related documentation.
- Manage document routing, formatting, and compliance to company standards.
- Track progress through approval workflows and ensure timely completion of reviews.
- Maintain version control, metadata accuracy, and document accessibility in Dozuki.
- Support plant teams with documentation training and best practices
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial technology, industrial engineering, or equivalent field preferred; will consider applicants with an associate degree in a technical field also. 3-5 years of manufacturing experience is required.
- Understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in technical writing, engineering documentation, etc.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
- Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
- Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail; ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
