• Drive compliance to standard work and implement effective process controls
• Investigate defects, test failures, and customer issues to identify root causes
• Lead corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
• Analyze production and quality data to support problem‑solving efforts
• Develop and maintain inspection plans, control plans, and PFMEAs
• Conduct process and product audits to ensure quality standards are met
• Support internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory reviews
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
• Experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and process control methods
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (root cause analysis, Lean, DMAIC)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics
