The Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (ARMS) team is on a mission to build next generation solid rocket motors for a safer, more connected world. To achieve our vision of becoming a large‑volume provider of tactical rocket motors, we will develop differentiated products and services that maximize our customers’ capabilities, and we will establish and maintain a reputation of Quality and Reliability.

This position will support the design, commissioning, and full rate production efforts for a rocket motor manufacturing facility. The position will be responsible for direct projects as well as supporting project management functions for the team s is an on‑location position at the RMS campus in McHenry, MS.

• Manage and execute projects supporting the standup of rocket motor fabrication processes s will include the technical details, planning, scheduling, and financials regarding the project(s).
• Provide technical and administrative support to the RMS team on other projects.
• Support the commissioning and qualification of manufacturing and test equipment at RMS.
• Train and mentor co‑workers in sound project management principles.

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technology related field
• Strong working knowledge of MS‑Project and other current Project Management software packages
• Experience working with and leading cross‑functional teams tasked with project definition and execution
• Experience managing suppliers as well as customers
• U.S. citizen is required as this position needs to access export‑controlled data and Controlled Unclassified Information.

• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, and/or energetics facilities
• Experience with US DoD contracts and programs
• Current PMP certification
• Experience with the DoD 4145 Contractor Safety Manual
• Formal training in project management
• An advanced degree in an engineering or technology related field
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
• 5+ years of experience with rocket motor design, test, and/or manufacturing

US Salary Range

$1 - $150,000 USD
