We are looking for an intern to help us deploy our Lean - HK approach!
Our Crolles site is dedicated to the design, industrialization, and manufacturing of electronic systems dedicated to security (alarm, access management, fire...).
Within the Industrialization - Methods department, you will join the project team in charge of designing, developing, and optimizing our products.
Your mission:
Due to a digital transformation and increased flexibility of our lines, we propose the following final year project:
Lean Management
- Optimize instances of factory management (piloting, indicators)
- 5S project:
Production & Warehouse - Optimize supply mode with white line concept:
Kitting, train, etc.
Kaizen Project
- Pilot a high mix low volume alarm product concentration project following the Kaizen & lean methodology
- Physical:
Implementation, workstation - Technical: AMDEC, Poka yoké process
- Optimize internal flows
- Organizational:
Define and adapt standard, video post instruction, HR
Currently a student in an engineering school or master 2 in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering
Operational technical English.
Your ability to synthesize, your curiosity, your methodological rigor, your capacity to take initiatives as well as your dynamism will be major assets in the success of this mission.
