The Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (ARMS) team is on a mission to build next generation solid rocket motors for a safer, more connected world. To achieve our vision of becoming a large-volume provider of tactical rocket motors, we will develop differentiated products and services that maximize our customers' capabilities, and we will establish and maintain a reputation of Quality and Reliability.
As a Dev Ops Technician, you will support Anduril's solid rocket motor research, development, and manufacturing efforts. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technician to join our cutting-edge rocket and energetics team. This role will assist the Production Team play a crucial in overseeing the integration of hardware components for rocket systems and energetic materials.
-Ensure proper assembly, installation, and testing of rocket hardware and energetic materials
-Develop and implement integration procedures and quality control measures
-Troubleshoot and resolve hardware integration issues as they arise
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and test engineers
-Maintain accurate documentation of integration processes and test results
-Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations related to rocket systems and energetics
Required Qualifications-Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as required
-US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance may be required
-Proficient in the use of various hand tools and precision instruments.
-Comprehensive understanding of hardware integration principles, techniques, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications-2+ years of experience in hardware integration for rocket systems or similar hardware integration applications
-Strong knowledge of energetic materials and their handling procedures
-Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
US Salary Range
$53,000 - $69,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
