Within the Process Engineering Thermal Treatments organization and the Epitaxy team, you will be responsible for implementing projects under the responsibility of the Team Leader, and you will be involved in cross-functional projects related to the team, including:

• Implementing improvements to the equipment control plan
• Qualifying new technologies, new Epitaxy processes
• Studying failure mechanisms that are limiting for the performance of our products

• Your education starts in a generalist Engineering School, ideally with a specialty in semiconductor materials and microelectronics
• You are proficient in technical English
• You are attracted to multi-organizational work in a dynamic and changing environment
