Your collaboration will be attached to the Transformation Office of the R&D Digital organization, where you will work in an international and multicultural environment, at the heart of industrial performance, digitalization, and continuous improvement issues:

• Optimization of industrial processes
• Knowledge management & capitalization
• Sustainable performance
• Cultural transformation & mindset

You will be surrounded by a team to ensure these tasks and discover the specifics of the R&D industrial environment.

Your profile:

In an alternating cycle towards a Bac +5, you ideally have knowledge of LEAN tools (DMAIC, VSM…), an interest in continuous improvement and problem-solving, and you are autonomous, capable of working in a team while demonstrating creativity in your proposals!
