Come and experience this adventure with us and help build a smarter and more sustainable future, combining responsibility and innovation. Our technology starts with you.

Context

Within our 300 mm microelectronics plant, the Process Control service is responsible for the monitoring and optimization of manufacturing processes. We are leading a major transformation program of our FDC: migration from Maestria to the E3 platform, not by duplicating the existing setups, but by systematically strengthening the robustness of the controls (better exploitation of time traces, homogeneous methods from one workshop to another, etc…).

In this context, we are strengthening the FDC refoundation team with a position heavily involved in the migration to E3 (for the next two years) and, in the long term, in the support and continuous improvement of the FDC system of the fab.

Main Missions

  • Key contribution to the FDC migration to E3
  • Participate in the preparation and deployment of the E3 migration on different equipment parks, applying a structured approach (needs analysis, FDC configuration, testing, production deployment).
  • Do not just "copy" Maestria, but contribute to further securing the processes: coverage of more sensors, better consideration of time traces, standardization of approaches between workshops.
  • Work in coordination with the Process Control team, IT, subcontractors, and workshops to solve problems encountered during the migration phases (configurations, data, interfaces).
  • Technical and functional support of FDC systems (E3 and global FDC)
  • Ensure the maintenance, monitoring, and improvement of FDC setups to guarantee their availability, efficiency, and consistency with manufacturing needs.
  • Diagnose and treat FDC incidents in collaboration with engineering, production, and IT teams, with rigor and traceability.
  • Structuring and standardization of FDC methods
  • Apply, and contribute to formalizing, structured and repeatable FDC methods from one workshop to another, in line with the guidelines defined by the Process Control team.
  • Understand the workshop and process engineer issues to adapt the FDC setups, without systematically questioning the process decisions, but ensuring the quality rules and the robustness of the FDC implementation.
  • Management of evolutions and deployments
  • Participate in the evolutions of FDC setups (new models, new detection rules, WECO adjustments…), and their deployment on the relevant tools and workshops.
  • Contribute to the standardization of FDC solutions and the harmonization of practices between workshops.
  • Training and user support
  • Participate in the training of engineers and technicians on the use of E3 FDC and the associated best practices.
  • Provide close support to the workshops (explanation of alarms, model behavior, impact on production).
  • Monitoring of FDC performance indicators
  • Contribute to the collection and analysis of FDC data (WIP coverage, Down Rate, quality of models, relevant alarm rates…) and propose adjustments to setups to improve the detection of drifts and the robustness of controls.
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Work closely with Process Control, production, quality, IT teams, and, when necessary, with other sites, to ensure an effective migration to E3 and continuous improvement of the FDC system.
