Job Description
We are seeking a Design Engineer with hands‑on experience in the design, development, and release of chassis and suspension structural components
, including:
- Steering Knuckles (Wheel Carriers)
- Control Arms
- Subframes (Engine Cradles)
- Crossmembers
- Shock Towers
- Own component design and release activities from concept through production.
- Develop and maintain 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
- Support DFMEA, DVP&R, validation testing, and engineering change management.
- Coordinate with CAE, manufacturing, suppliers, testing, and vehicle integration teams.
- Ensure designs meet performance, durability, crash, NVH, cost, and manufacturability requirements.
- Support prototype builds, issue resolution, and production launch activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience designing and releasing chassis/suspension components listed above.
- Proficiency in CATIA, NX, Creo, or similar CAD tools.
- Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA, DVP&R, APQP, PPAP, and PLM systems.
- Automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier experience.
