Job Title

Veolia Servicios Lecam is looking to hire an Industrial Technical Engineer or Industrial Engineer with technical training and experience in the supervision and coordination of mechanical and electrical installation projects. Specialized in HVAC systems, fire protection, and low voltage, with the ability to lead projects from the execution phase to final delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations, deadlines, and quality standards.

1. Technical knowledge in the design, installation, and operation of HVAC systems (VRV, split, chillers, etc.), fire detection and suppression (sprinklers, BIE, automatic detection), and low voltage electrical networks.
2. Project management: experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling project progress, coordinating subcontractors, and resolving technical issues in the field.
3. Interpretation of plans and technical documentation, as well as proficiency in CAD tools and project management software.
4. Regulatory compliance: up-to-date knowledge of applicable current regulations (RITE, REBT, CTE, etc.) and experience in submitting technical documentation to official bodies.
5. Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, coordinate suppliers, and maintain a smooth relationship with clients and facultative management.
6. Focus on results and quality, safety, and sustainability of installations.
