FXI is seeking a Quality Problem Solving Engineer to drive root cause analysis, rapid problem solving, and robust corrective actions across its manufacturing network. The role requires 50-70% travel to support multiple plant locations and a strong Lean quality background.
The successful candidate will be a self-driven, logical thinker with a proven track record in manufacturing quality, process engineering, or operations and excellent communication skills.
